1 General Provisions

36ok (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "36ok") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between 36ok and the user.

By visiting the 36ok website, registering an account, or using any of the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions in full.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• Wagering Requirement: You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.
• The bonus will only be activated at the time of the first deposit.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors

Any results or prizes incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will be considered void. In such cases, 36ok will cancel the bet for the affected round and return the original amount.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

36ok may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If the age requirement (21+) is not met.
• At the direction of the relevant authorities.
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

8.2 Closure by the User

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction activity for an extended period, the account may be flagged as inactive. In such cases, identity verification may be required to reactivate the account.

9 Limitation of Liability

36ok accepts no liability in the following situations:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• For technical errors caused by the game software provider.
• For issues with the user's own device or software.
• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or unavoidable events.
• If loss occurs because the user shared their account details with a third party.

In any case, 36ok's maximum liability is limited to the original amount of the user's transaction in question.
